1. How to become a distributor

Just register with us through this website and make a dummy order to activate your profile. Then send us an e-mail indicating that you want to be a distributor and we will change your profile from an ordinary member to a distributor.

2. What are the differences between becoming a distributor/normal member

For normal member you will get the discounted price for any orders above MYR100 or USD50 and will get priority during any sales event organized.

For distributor, you will get discounted price for all our products including those not shown in the website all year round.

3. How do I qualify as a distributor.

4. What about normal customers, can we get discounts.

Yes you can get discounts by becoming a member. You will then get discounts when you make any purchase above RM100 or USD50. Currently all membership are FREE.

5. How long before I receive my order?

We will start processing your order upon payment. For local Malaysia customers,  you will get you orders within two days if using Pos Laju Services unless otherwise stated. For normal surface mail, it would take between 5 to 7 working days to receive the products. For international customers, please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery using the normal postal service. For other services, you can contact us to discuss on the details.We will inform you should there be a delay in the shipment.

For e-books, we will e-mail the e-book to your e-mail address immediately upon confirmation of your payment
